Terms & Conditions for Aftre Solutions

By booking a session, becoming a member, or interacting with our website, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Scope of Services

Aftre Solutions provides professional massage therapy services focused on relaxation, therapeutic relief, and overall wellness. Services are not a substitute for medical care. Please consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new treatment.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or areas of concern before their session. Aftre Solutions is not responsible for any adverse outcomes due to undisclosed health conditions.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee or have one session deducted from any active package or membership.

4. Add-On Services

Enhancements such as foot scrubs, facial massage, hot stones, or cupping are available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. Add-ons are subject to therapist approval based on session goals and timing.

5. Packages & Promotions

  • Prepaid packages (6 or 12 sessions) must be used within 12 months.

  • First-time visit discounts apply to new clients only and cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Promotions are subject to change and availability.

6. Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and older.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Monthly fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.

  • Appointment bookings are required in advance and subject to availability.

  • 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all member bookings (50% fee for late cancellations).

  • Unused sessions may roll over under certain conditions.

  • Aftre Solutions reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

  • Memberships may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice; any accrued benefits may be forfeited upon cancellation.

  • Terms are subject to change with notice via email or the website.

7. Member Referral Program

You are our top referral source. As a token of appreciation:

  • Within the first 30 days of your membership, refer a new member and receive a free 60-minute massage.

  • After 30 days, receive a 30-minute complimentary upgrade for each new member you refer.

We appreciate your continued support in helping others discover the benefits of Aftre Solutions.

8. Text Message Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS communications related to appointments, wellness tips, offers, and feedback requests. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

9. Code of Conduct

Aftre Solutions provides a professional, respectful environment. Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate session termination and potential banning from future services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the most current version.
